ONCE YOU HAVE taken the set of images you will use for the focus stacking set, it’s just a matter of getting the software to put them together in the proper way. Back when Adobe released Photoshop CS4 it included a feature called focus blending, which allows you combine multiple images with different areas of focus.
The first step is to load the images into a stack by selecting [File > Scripts > Load Files into Stack].
