Effective strategy execution also requires interaction with execution-level disciplines such as program and project management and solution design and delivery. All these teams form a cohesive ecosystem spanning from strategic to tactical and operational—linked together through strategic business architecture. Strategic business architecture is the bridge discipline that creates the enterprise perspectives, understanding, and connections needed for successful strategy development and execution.
