Getting your organization to adopt the New View may be challenging. At least, that is what you may feel. Suppose you sense that your organizationâs current approach to failure is not productive. You see how your organization easily blames âhuman errorâ, and how it thinks that this can lead to meaningful countermeasures. And then you see it gets nowhere.
