I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Todd Gallina is an independent animator and illustrator who has been animating in Flash since 1997. His clients include Fox Sports®, Dell®, Sunkist®, Nissan®, and BabyRuth®.
Todd was invited by Macromedia to speak at its Users Conference (UCON 2001) in New York City. His presentation, “Delving Into Character Animation,” offered Flash users the opportunity to “learn from a master animator how a professional process can create the best web animations” (www.macromedia.com).
His character animation site (www.ToddGallina.com) draws much acclaim. His How section is displayed on Macromedia.com as well as being featured in MacWorld Magazine. His annual Halloween page was awarded Macromedia Site of the Day.
