3. Where To?

The main screen (Figure 3.1), also known as the Where To? View Map screen, is an integral part of the nüvi user interface because it acts as a hub for your navigation experience. After powering up a nüvi (and tapping Agree on the warning screen), you’ll be greeted by the main screen and given a choice of two icons. This chapter focuses on the Where To? interface and how you use it to plan a trip.
