10. Tips and Troubleshooting
The iPhone and iPod touch are dreams of intuitive design and ease of use. Yet nothing in this world (save you, dear reader, and I) is completely foolproof or infallible, which is why this chapter is necessary.
Within these pages, I offer ways to get things done more expeditiously, provide hints for operating these devices in ways that may not seem obvious, and (of course) tell you what to do when your iPhone or iPod touch does the Bad Thing and stops behaving as it should.
