It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Kubernetes Clusters on Google Kubernetes Engine
In this chapter, we will launch a Kubernetes cluster on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), the first of the three public cloud providers we will cover over the next few chapters.
By the end of this chapter, you will have signed up for the Google Cloud Platform, launched a Kubernetes workload using Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), and gained an understanding of GKE’s features.
