Phase VI. Implementation

Even the best ideas and plans are not effective if they are implemented poorly.

The first five phases of the Organizational Alignment Cycle have set the stage for the organization to successfully implement the changes with minimum risk of not meeting the organization’s objective (Figure 9.1).
