Szklo Sp. z o.o. is a Polish company that has been specializing in the treatment of glass and mirrors since 1991. The company is active in the Polish as well as international markets in both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-customer (B2C) segments. Typical products include items for the household and furniture industry such as table tops, shelves, mirrors, and lighting fixtures (Figure 14.1). Szklo receives around 500 orders a week from customers that range from small shops to large companies.
