This chapter is a guide to the files contained on the book's companion website. They are held in relevant chapter folders, so that the reader may look up relevant files after reading a specific chapter, and vice-versa may tie any specific website file back to the associated chapter in the book. Some of this material is background information to what is in the book, whilst other material is supplementary information.
Note that the hypothetical and completely fictitious bank “ChoudWest Bank” is used as the name of the bank for whom template policy statements and financial statements are provided. ChoudWest Bank is a plain vanilla commercial bank of GBP 38 billion balance sheet size.
