Completing projects and implementing deliverables

When deliverables are implemented and changes are made, more staff become aware of the project as it affects them. Often, the success of a project is judged by stakeholders’ perceptions of implementation. So, it is important to get it right.

8.1 IMPLEMENTING DELIVERABLES
