Issues
An issue is something that has happened and either threatens or enhances the success of the project. Compare this to a risk which is something that might happen.

- Be open about issues within your team – declare them.
- Never “sit” on an issue – if you can’t deal with it, escalate it.
- Use the team to resolve the tricky issues.
