This quote from Buddha is as valid in the risk management process as in any personal or business situation. Words are the way we communicate information and ideas, and can be powerful, moving and suggestive. They can also be, and often are, misused, misunderstood and mistaken. Words have the ability to heal and the ability to harm and they can make situations better or worse, “Because even the smallest of words can be the ones to hurt you, or save you” (Natsuki Takaya, Goodreads 2016).
