Let’s assume that you understand why you might want to offshore some of your business activities (Chapter 2, “The Economics and Drivers of Offshoring”) and that you have a better idea about how that might be done (Chapter 3, “Making It Real”). Now let’s look at who is out there.
We look first at a topic we introduced in earlier chapters: How big is the offshoring universe? The answer, as you’ll see, is that the universe of activities, geographies, and potential partners is large and growing.
