4 The Supply Side

Let’s assume that you understand why you might want to offshore some of your business activities (Chapter 2, “The Economics and Drivers of Offshoring”) and that you have a better idea about how that might be done (Chapter 3, “Making It Real”). Now let’s look at who is out there.
