So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

NEVER AGAIN!
The cold, crisp air did nothing to alleviate the feeling in the pit of my stomach as I walked around the outer bounds of the corporate office complex. To the casual observer I would be viewed as someone out for a morning stroll, stepping away from the desk to enjoy the brisk sunshine, when in reality I was a person toiling with the reality of having just lost hundreds of thousands of dollars in client money. The words still rang in my ear: “… and with that we believe it will be much easier for Winn Dixie to handle its current debt issues while under the protection of bankruptcy.”
How could this be? I had done all the proper due diligence. I had pored over balance sheets, studied income statements, analyzed margins, and talked to management. This small grocer was going places. Sure, the stock was bleeding to death, but wasn't that the time to buy more based on your homework and conviction? We started with a measly 1 percent; however, by the time it was finished, we had lost 3 percent of the portfolio in that swift blow I'll never forget.
