Case Study B: HP Develops an Integrated Measurement Process

HP has a global L&D organization that works in a federated model1 with business analysts who work with each major organizational unit. The central organization is responsible for tools, processes, and support for centers of expertise in leadership, sales, technical, and professional curricula. Functional and business-unit-specific training is done in business unit training groups.
