Two competing recruiters are on safari and come upon the path of a lion. The lion spots them; the recruiters freeze. Then one of the recruiters slowly begins to pull high-performance running shoes out of her backpack and puts them on. The other recruiter says, “You gotta be crazy; you can’t outrun that lion.” Her response: “Oh, I don’t have to outrun the lion; I only have to outrun you.”
