It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
6 Strategic Outcomes
What outcomes do strategic followership yield? Strategic followership is valuable because of the outcomes it creates. In this chapter, I discuss theories that deal with strategic outcomes. Specifically, I focus on theoretical perspectives that center on strategic value. I also discuss the levels of strategic followership because of the increasing centralization of levels theory in management and the convergence of the micro-foundation with the macro-foundations perspectives. I begin with strategic value analysis followed by strategic outcomes, and levels of analysis.
