What is learning experience design?

Learning experience design (LXD) is the process of creating learning experiences that enable the learner to achieve the desired learning outcome in a human-centered and goal-oriented way.

Defining learning experience design

LXD offers a new way to explore and create experiences that people learn from. In essence, it’s about using design skills to figure out what experience would work best for a person or group of people in a specific situation.
