Save Data in Various Formats
This section expands on the previous section “Export Dataset.” You use the same button (Export Dataset) to access the save options, and Toad remembers the last Export Format selected.
The Access Database File format option creates a file of the data from the data grid for use with Microsoft Access.
Note
The author is not a Microsoft tools expert, but this feature of Toad easily makes Access files from data grids. Using the Access Database File format option is probably one of the easiest ways of getting data out of Oracle and into Access.
