So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Warren Bennis is the author of On Becoming a Leader and Organizing Genius (with Pat Ward Biederman) and many other best-selling books on management and leadership. He is currently Distinguished Professor of Management at the University of Southern California and Chairman of the Board of Harvard University's Center for Public Leadership. He has consulted for many Fortune 500 companies and world leaders. He lives in Santa Monica, California.
Psychologist Daniel Goleman is the author of the groundbreaking and best-selling books Emotional Intelligence and Social Intelligence: The New Science of Human Relationships, among others.
