In this chapter, we take a snapshot look at the leadership practices of three organizations—Infosys, KIPP, and Google—to see how they are doing on the triple crown quest. None of them has mastered the art of leadership, of course, but all have made substantial progress in building excellent, ethical, and enduring organizations. We draw lessons from their successes, failures, and current challenges.
