Chapter 8. Troubleshooting Case Study: PILE Forensic Accounting
This chapter presents five troubleshooting cases at PILE Forensic Accounting, a fictitious company, based on the topology shown in Figure 8-1. PILE has hired SECHNIK Networking for technical support; as employees of SECHNIK, we need to solve all problems reported by the customer and document them. Each troubleshooting case includes a few configuration errors. Configuration errors will be dealt with as real-world troubleshooting scenarios. Certain technologies are explained briefly to refresh your memory.
