I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
The Configuration Manager client
Before we can start to properly troubleshoot the Configuration Manager client, it is important to understand what the client actually is and does. At the end of the day, we can use all of the tools listed in Chapter 1, The Configuration Manager Troubleshooting Toolkit, but if we do not fundamentally understand how the software is supposed to work, then we are almost working blindfolded. As with anything, a little knowledge can often go a long way.
