Before we can start to properly troubleshoot the Configuration Manager client, it is important to understand what the client actually is and does. At the end of the day, we can use all of the tools listed in Chapter 1, The Configuration Manager Troubleshooting Toolkit, but if we do not fundamentally understand how the software is supposed to work, then we are almost working blindfolded.
