Keeping regular backups of your files and data is essential as more and many of us keep irreplacable files such as photographs and corporate documentation. Windows 7 makes backing up your files and data easier than ever.
You should also make sure that Windows itself is backed up; this can be invaluable in helping you get working again quickly in the event of a crisis.
