The logic of the TSP planning process was described in Chapter 9 and the steps required to produce the overall team plan were covered in Chapter 10. Chapter 11 covered the quality plan, and this chapter discusses the issues to consider as you coach the individual team members through making their own personal detailed plans. There are two reasons for making detailed plans.
