4.9. Tool Settings
All of the graphical tools that you can invoke through the Control Center, including the Control Center itself, have a menu for setting up the general tool characteristics. If you select Tools > Tools Settings from any of these tools, the window shown in Figure 4.46 is displayed. Note that each tool invokes the same Tools Setting window.
