Use Duet AI to Navigate Data in Google Sheets
Starting a Google Sheet can give both beginners and experts alike a headache. Imagine you are going on a trip for four days to Punta Cana and you decide to use Google Sheets to write out the days, times, locations, and progress status for different activities. Wouldn’t it be great to have an AI assistant that would create a template for you to modify? That’s essentially what Duet AI in Google Sheets does. It helps you create plans easily and quickly for all of your different activities and projects without having to have a separate tab to research “how tos” in Sheets.
How to Access It
When you start a blank spreadsheet, a tab with the title “Help me organize” should automatically appear on the right hand side of your screen. If this doesn’t happen, you can also click the icon that resembles a table with a star. The following screenshot shows what the “Help me organize” feature looks like.

How to Use It
There are two main uses for Duet AI in Google Sheets: creating a spreadsheet based on your instructions and analyzing the data. The former feature is already in place while the latter is currently in development.
