Logging In to Windows

Without a doubt the new Windows 8 Start screen represents a radical change from previous versions of Windows. Improving on the Start menu from prior releases, the Start screen takes up the entire screen and provides quick access to applications and information at a glance. But while the new Start screen represents one of the most obvious visual changes to the operating system, equally as impressive is what’s not seen—Windows new navigation commands.
