Competing in an Amazon World

Goliath stood nearly 10 feet tall. His armor weighed nearly 125 pounds. The tip of his spear alone weighed 15 pounds. The sheer size of Goliath was enough to deter any opponent. Goliath taunted the Israelites for days, shouting, “Send me your best warrior!” After several days, a brave shepherd emerged to fight Goliath. His name was David.1
