Chapter 7. Wedding Bells
THERE IS NOTHING better than walking the cobbled streets of an ancient Italian town. The aroma of fresh-baked bread, oregano, and ripe tomatoes fills the summer air. The warm afternoon light creates a mood that says the world is a beautiful place. Suddenly, church bells clang and create a beautiful song. The shopkeepers in the village close up quickly and the celebration begins. It’s a sight to behold: colorful clothes, big hugs, strong kisses, a cascade of flowers, heartfelt music, wild dancing, and delicious-smelling food. If only I had a camera in hand.
