Part 3. Laying Out a Web Page
A big part of designing web pages is the ability to lay out the page elements in a way that’s not only pleasing to the eye, but also easy to understand and navigate. That sounds like a tall order, I’m sure, but the chapters in Part 3 will help you do that. You start with a look at some page layout basics in Chapter 11, including learning the important HTML5 semantic page tags such as <header> and <article>. From there, Chapter 12 takes you on a tour of one of the hottest and most powerful modern page layout technologies: Flexbox.
