Foreword
In January 2012, I went back to my hometown in Zhejiang to celebrate the Spring Festival. It was snowing heavily. Living in this village where people know little about security networks and leave all the doors open at night, I felt immersed in a state of peace.
It is this very network and security concept that we are going to cover in this book and that brought Wu Hanqing, my friend and mentor, into my life. Wu’s dedicated research in web security allowed him to become an expert at a young age. He founded ph4nt0m.org, which helped groom many technically talented professionals.
