Windows 10, like all previous versions of Windows, lets you enter commands, run batch programs, and run applications by typing commands in a Command Prompt window. If you’re accustomed to performing administrative tasks at the command line, you can go on doing that in Windows 10. But this latest version of Windows, like its most recent predecessors, also includes a more powerful tool for performing administrative tasks at the command line.
