Before you can begin working with a device running Microsoft Windows 10, you must sign in with the credentials for a user account that is authorized to use that device. User accounts are an essential cornerstone of Windows security and are key to providing a personalized user experience. As an administrator, you determine which user accounts are allowed to sign in to a specific device.
