6. Manage folders and files

You will find it much easier to locate files and correctly identify them if they are logically organized and given names that clearly describe their contents. You use File Explorer to manage and work with the folders and files that are stored on your computer.
Every file and folder has properties—information that describes the file and its content. Some properties are created automatically by Windows or by the app you create or edit the file in. You can assign other properties that you want.
