Using Network and Sharing Center
Network and Sharing Center is the main network configuration tool in Windows Server 2008. To open the Network and Sharing Center, from the Start menu right-click Network and then select Properties. Alternatively, in the Notification area, right-click the network icon and then select Network And Sharing Center from the shortcut menu. As a third option, you can also find the Network and Sharing Center by browsing to Control Panel\Network and Internet\Network and Sharing Center.
