Wireless Information and Power Transfer
by Derrick Wing Kwan Ng, Trung Q. Duong, Caijun Zhong, Robert Schober
Preface
The goal of this book is to provide readers with a comprehensive insight into the theory, models, techniques, implementation, and application of wireless information and power transfer (WIPT) in energy‐constrained wireless communication networks. Written by leading experts on the subject, this book includes 15 chapters, which cover various aspects of WIPT systems, including system modeling, physical layer techniques, resource allocation, and performance analysis. Chapter 1 serves as an introductory chapter and provides an overview of the key research problems regarding WIPT systems. The other 14 chapters aim to tackle specific research challenges for WIPT system design. All the chapters can be read independently.
We would like to express our gratitude to all the authors for their excellent contributions and timeliness in completing their respective chapters. In addition, we would like to thank the publisher team. Finally, we would like to thank the Australian Research Council (DE170100137) and the National Natural Science Foundation of China (61671406) for their financial support.
