Tools → Envelopes and Labels
Synopsis
Use the Envelopes and Labels command to format and print a variety of predefined envelope and label sizes. When issuing the command with a letter open (a document created using the Letter Wizard described later in this chapter or one of Word’s letter templates), Word automatically fills in the recipient information. Issue the command from a blank document to start from scratch.
The Envelopes and Labels dialog consists of two tabs: Envelopes and Labels.
The Envelopes Tab
Use the Envelopes tab (Figure 9-18) to format and print an envelope. The Envelopes tab settings are:

Delivery address. Type an address in the box or click the Address Book button to choose one. When creating a envelope from a letter using one of Word’s letter templates, this box is filled in automatically.
Address Book. This button opens whatever is the default address book for your system as defined in Control Panel → Internet Options → Programs → Contact List. Supported address books include Microsoft Outlook, the Windows Address Book (used by Outlook Express), or Schedule +. The Address Book functions only if one of these programs is installed. Click the down arrow next to the Address Book button to choose from a list of recently used addresses.
Add to Document. This button adds the envelope to the front of the existing document so that ...
