I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Website security isn’t just about protecting you from professional attackers and angry colleagues. It is also about making good decisions to prevent mistakes from being huge and costly problems. Hiring an experienced developer who accidentally deletes your database is not only a horrible scenario but also not all that far fetched.
WordPress is software that is really easy to learn and start building on. I’ve seen web designers get hired as WordPress experts because they know a little HTML, CSS, and PHP and have spent a few months messing around in WordPress. Just like you do with your plugins and your themes, you should vet your developers.
