Customizing Views
Microsoft Dynamics CRM uses views to display multiple records at one time. You can customize almost all of the views used in Microsoft Dynamics CRM to display only the data you want your users to see. You also can create your own custom views to display different data sets. First, we define the various components of a view, as shown in Figure 8-1:
