As you already know, CRM systems capture data about interaction with various contacts and organizations, and your database will quickly grow to thousands, or millions, of records. Although it’s beneficial to capture these interactions in a database, the real value lies in using and visualizing that data in a simple and easy-to-read format. This data visualization can happen in many ways, but the two methods that we will describe in this chapter are reports and dashboards.
