As always, I’d like to thank my wonderful wife, Lindsay, for her incredible support and understanding. Our life is always heavily affected by the seemingly never-ending process of writing a book, and by now you think she would have run out of patience. However, she has never been more supportive than she has been for this book. Lindsay, I couldn’t have done it without you.
