You can learn lessons from the experiences of great leaders. You can learn lessons through various means such as reading books, observing others, listening, teaching, training and experience. However, if you learn from every source except through your own experience, you will reach your goal much faster and in a far smarter way than others. The significance of this book lies in its emphasis on learning lessons from others’ experiences rather your own.
