Abstract
Today, the term “Internet of Things” pervades the world of information and communication technology. The Internet of Things (IoT) and artificial intelligence (AI) are each powerful technology. When you combine AI and IoT, you get the Artificial Intelligence of Things, or AIoT. “AIoT” simply means using the IoT to perform intelligent tasks with the help of artificial intelligence integration. AIoT helps connect IoT devices to sensors that have artificial intelligence capabilities, and all of this is done without human intervention. Therefore, the industrial impact of this technology is very high and can have a powerful transformation on different parts of the business. Given the high importance of supply chain in manufacturing businesses and especially in FMCG industries as one of the most important industries in the daily lives of humans, this chapter provides a framework for using this technology on the supply chain in these industries. This framework sets a clear path for the various communications of these evolving technologies ...
