Chapter 14, “Creating Outlines in OneNotes,” taught you how to create an outline from scratch; now you're ready to learn about how to turn existing text into an outline. You can use OneNote's toolbars, menus, and the mouse or Tablet PC pen to combine note containers, create bullets or numbering, and change indentations.

In addition to turning text into outlines, you can turn outlines into regular text. Finally, we'll cover how to display only certain outline sections and how you can change the format of your outline.
