Abstract
Cloud computing is the innovative solutions of the past decade, developed to shared data anytime, anywhere (from any remote location) and to reduce complexity and enhanced accessibility of resources. This technology has seen several enhancements in the form of fog and edge computing. Moreover, this in the recent years, we are facing several other issues also with this emerging technology. Privacy, security, and scalability are the major (common) problems faced in the fog/edge networking-based solutions. But today, in the 21st century, we can use several emerging concepts to resolve above listed issues, i.e., artificial intelligence can help in service provider to store data at nearest node in edge computing. Similarly, user can access the required data from nearest node (without any hassle). Also, blockchain technology can help in securing this data in perfect way and can provide trusted services to users or consumers, i.e., it can help in building a highly trusted relationship among service providers and consumers. Today, cloud/ fog or edge computing is using by many industries to reduce e-waste and save cost of installation ...
