Exploring the After Effects landscape.
In this section, we want to give you the “lay of the land” inside After Effects and show you how to move around inside of it. You will learn what each of the major sections of the user interface are called and what they are for, as well as how to rearrange the interface to best suit the task at hand.
Before we explain the pieces of the puzzle, we should first explain the puzzle they are part of: namely, an After Effects project.
