It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

The Integral Disciplines: Focusing the Transformation
In part due to the neutrality and meta-framework quality of the IATF, when leaders and coaches understand it, they can almost feel as if there are too many options for its use. From one point of view, this extensibility of the framework is a clear strength; from another, it could be a limitation. Let’s examine this issue in some detail to more fully understand how the IATF is constructed. To do so, we need to review the concepts of lines of development (outlined in Chapter 4) and Integral Disciplines (initially covered briefly in Part II).
