So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Constructors with default arguments
Since the early days of Java, there has been a serious flaw with object creation. It is difficult to create an object instance when an object requires multiple parameters and some of those parameters are optional. There are a few ways to solve this problem, such as the Telescoping constructor pattern, the JavaBeans pattern, and even the Builder pattern. Each of them has their pros and cons.
